Signature System- Using one to create more LEVERAGE in your business.

TipsToolsI talk about leverage all the time. Did you know that one of the best ways to leverage your gifts and talents is through creating a Signature System?

So, what is a Signature system exactly? Well, it is a system that you are ALREADY doing with your customers. The only difference is that once it is packaged into a highly marketable step-by-step system you’ll be able to attract more clients and get paid more handsomely.

Many clients of mine think that their business doesn’t have a system. They think that every single client of theirs is different…. think again! EVERY service can be turned into a simple and repeatable system that clients love to say YES to!

So why is it important and how does it leverage your business? Well, once you figure out your Signature system, you can move away from solely working one-on-one with clients and start adding additional revenue streams.

Here are the TOP 5 reasons you MUST have a Signature System if you want to leverage your business so that you can make more to give more:

1. People LOVE systems and they will ADORE you for having one - A system is a way to show clients that your process is just a few simple steps. Most clients come to you to solve a problem. They are usually overwhelmed and over worked. A system shows them the ease of working with you.

2. Your Signature System is unique to you - Everyone does things slightly differently to achieve similar results. When you explain your Signature System to your customers it gives you instant credibility and uniqueness compared to your competition. A system will automatically raise your expert status as you have a special way of doing things.

3. It will expedite sales for you – Once you have your signature system in place, your clients will “get” who you are much quicker which means they will be ready to buy from you much sooner.

4. It will expedite results for your customer – When you have steps to follow in a given order, it means that your customers are not floundering around. It means they will get the results they desire if they follow your expert advice on how to get there, instead of piecing together what they think they need to get them there. The best part is that they are focusing their time on results versus wasting their time on stuff that is holding others behind.

5. You’ll reach more people – Your clients will love the results so they will come back for more because they had such great success the first time. Furthermore, they will tell more people, which means you can help more people. Your clients will come back again and again. Also, a system allows you to package and sell at different investment and commitment levels so you can reach more people.

Great topic Shauna!

I can’t agree more! Systems are a HUGE part of business! Understanding that will not only help you grow a successful business and make you look better to your customers and clients, but it will also help you pinpoint the areas in your business that need to be re-designed.

Being able to give your customers and clients a system is a really big deal. I know many of my clients love being handed a system to follow. Makes everyone happy!

Thanks Paul…Yes, the problem is that many businesses think they are “too busy” to figure out their signature systems. And what they don’t realize that once they have it, it makes things a lot easier Thanks again for your support !
